I bought two baby chicks for spring photo sessions ... and my girls are loving the adorable little things. They will be going home with my sister tomorrow, and then to a chicken coop where they'll lay eggs for another family!
Brielle is so cute in this photo. She's absolutely smitten with her chick she named Peeps!

My niece Lia will be turning 7 next month. I can't believe it ... and such a smart little lady, too! She is celebrating with a family camping trip — and her cousins (my three girls) can't wait to come along. It's going to be a blast! Here is the invitation and cupcake party circles I created for her party. Fun, pink and girly, and the design incorporates the camping theme!
Need photos, invitations, cupcake circles and more for your next celebration? Let me know. Extremely affordable packages are available!

Spring is here, the weather is warm, and the local farmers markets are packed with vendors selling fruit, veggies and all sorts of healthy items ... even grass-fed beef from Cartwheel Farms in northwest St. Johns County!
I had the pleasure recently of meeting and writing about local mom and artist Tara Ferriera (stylediner.com and www.taraferreira.com). She shopped locally for an entire month. Gasp! No Target! She even dined at independently owned restaurants (no chains!). And she did this with her two children, ages 3 and 1, and her husband, Seth Ferriera (who supported her fully, but didn't like the natural toothpaste or not having his favorite chips and ice cream for late-night snacking)!

Mesa, Brielle, and Kyler had a blast on St. Patrick's Day ... the sweets and treats were their favorite, of course! And check out Mesa and Brielle's matching rainbow dresses from Target — only $6!
The cute St. Patrick's Day printables (cupcake circles) were free and downloaded from HowDoesShe.com by Chickabug.com. And the fairie gold coin boxes were made (by my oh-so-patient hubby) from a free printable from www.thetoymaker.com. The boxes were a bit hit! So fun!
